I have always believed  that learning is a life-long process, which has focused my thinking and challenged me to develop a growth mind-set in all aspects of my life.

The quote by Feymann:

'May the pleasure of finding things out be yours' has always inspired me to learn from both my personal and professional experiences. It is also a reminder to me of how fortunate I am as 'education' and 'challenging boundaries which hinder my learning' have always been valued by key people in my life.

I am passionate about ensuring that all children/young people have the entitlement and ability to learn, particularly those who have suffered from Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).

Working in the education sector for over 25 years, I am skilled in leading and managing change which impacts positively on cultural transformation.  I have found that  my reputation sells itself and  is respected due my strong belief in providing a service  which reflects my passion, values and commitment to learning.
